1. Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR)
Trinbago Knight Riders are the most successful franchise in CPL history with five titles (2015, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2025). They enter CPL 2026 as the defending champions after beating Guyana Amazon Warriors in a thrilling three-wicket final in September 2025.

The CPL 2026 draft introduced a completely revamped player acquisition system. Unlike previous seasons, there were no automatic retentions from 2025 squads. All players entered a central draft pool.
